Why does it show the Ultra Web Hosting home page when I go to my site?

There are several reasons for this.

Ensure you do not have https at the beginning of your address. Unless you have a purchased and installed SSL certificate specifically for your site it will go to the ULTRA Web Hosting SSL page.

If your account was recently cancelled and your domains dns still points to our servers this will occur also.

If you have made changes to your nameservers or DNS record recently, or your account was moved to a new server, it may take some time for your ISP to update with the newly changed information. Wait an hour, then restart your computer. If this still occurs please contact support.
