The connection to the server has failed.
First make sure you are using the proper format:
mail.yourdomain.com
If this is a new domain the domain may not have propagated to your ISP yet. This can take up to 72 hours.
If the format is proper and are on a Windows computer open a command prompt by going to start, run, cmd and type:
"telnet mail.yourdomain.com 110"
If you are unable to connect your computer is having problems or your ISP.
Restart your computer and try again. If it fails your ISP may be having routing or DNS issues at this time.
